Healthcare For Veterans

David Smith (L) Dist 2 and myself are currently working on legislation to propose a specific healthcare plan for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, past, present, and future. We have not committed it to paper-but I felt it of great importance to mention one provision at this time. Once we have the specifics written, the most important points are as follows: (1) If you have served in any facet of the armed forces, were injured in combat, or line of duty-we are proposing that your healthcare (at ANY facility) is paid for in FULL with no paperwork hassles FOR LIFE, no matter what the condition or what the cost.

I will post this proposal in full when finished. We feel it is of the utmost importance that those of you who defend our country be treated with honor and dignity-it is the very least our country can do for your sacrifice. We pledge to eliminate as much denial and paper shuffling as the current VA standards ensure. That process is a complete and utter disgrace to our veterans.
